A Brief Profile of Mr. Srinivasa Rao

Mr. Srinivasa Rao is a post graduate in Chemistry from DAVV, Indore. He also acquired his Masters degree in Educational Administration from School of Excellence, DAVV, Indore. Presently he is pursuing M.B.A in Human Resource Management from Punjab Technical University.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao had a vast experience of teaching Chemistry, methods of teaching  science and Educational administration. Mr. Rao organized several workshops for Science teachers at Secondary and Sr. Secondary level, placing an emphasis on multi dimensional, critical and productive pedagogy.

In July 2011, Mr. Rao is elected as the Secretary of Indore sahodaya school complex.

He worked as a Principal with Springwood Sr. Sec. School, Neemuch for 05 years and 02 years at Shrikanwartara Sr. Sec. School, Mandleshwar. He took the charge as a Principal, Choithram School North campus, Nipania w.e.f 17/05/11.

CBSE, Delhi appointed Mr. Rao as a subject expert for CBSE pre-Medical Test (CPMT Main Exams) for evaluation.

CBSE also empanelled Mr. Rao as a member of the inspection committee for affiliation/up gradation to +2 levels.

He was honoured as a Chairperson, Nimar Sahodaya Schools complex, Nimar region with 22 CBSE affiliated Schools for two consecutive sessions 2009-10 and 10-11

Also holding the responsibility as an Executive Member, Indore Sahodaya Schools complex, Indore again for two consecutive sessions 2009-10 and 10-11., Indore.

He believes that children are motivated to learn and develop desire to learn when an educator creates an atmosphere of freedom. Students must be given ample opportunities during teaching learning process so that knowledge is generated together. He also believes in life changing Education that helps empower children to maximize their personal, social, creative and academic potential in order to become lifelong learners, globally minded and morally responsible citizens.

Mr. Rao was empanelled by CBSE for the evaluation of CPMT main Examination in Chemistry discipline. He is also entrusted upon the responsibility as an executive member of Indore Sahodaya Schools complex for leading 22 CBSE Schools across the Nimar region.

CBSE also appointed Mr. Rao as the member of inspection committee. .

Mr. Rao is a certified Monitor and mentor for 03 CBSE Schools under the CCE program of CBSE.
