CIRCULAR FOR CLASSES VI TO XII
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the Result of I Term and PTM for classes VI to XII have been rescheduled on 22nd October 2011, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We would really appreciate if you adhere to the time slot given to you. We request you to ignore the P.T.M. dates mentioned in the almanac. The school will be off for the students, if they accompany their parents, they should come in school uniform.

CIRCULAR FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO V
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the P.T.M. for classes Nursery to V has been rescheduled on 12th October, 2011 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We would really appreciate if you adhere to the time slot given to you. We request you to ignore the P.T.M. dates mentioned in the almanac. (Changes have been done as per the request and convenience of the parents)
We also request you to send your ward in traditional outfits (lehenga chunni/ kurta pyjama) on the occasion of Navratri Celebrations to be held on 4th October, 2011.
We will be sending the answer sheets of all the subjects (I Summative Exam of Classes IV & V) on 8th October, 2011 and are requested to send it back on 10th October, 2011 positively.
We are pleased to inform you that we have started with the Class Library System (where the students are allowed to take the book home for a week’s time) to foster the reading habit in the students. We request you to see that your child is utilizing the facility appropriately.

Kindly be informed that in order to complete the data of the List of Candidates (LOC) for Class X (2011-12), you are requested to please ensure that the exam fee and the photographs of your ward reach us latest by 26th September 2011.
The details for the same are as follows:
1. Rs.250/- (For first five Subjects) for school conducted exams. + Rs 100/- for migration certificate. = 350 Rs
2. Rs.500/- (For first five Subjects) for board conducted exams. + Rs 100/- for migration certificate. = 600 Rs
3. Two recent high contrast passport size black & white photograph of those candidates which clearly indicates the name of the students along with the date of taking the photograph (photograph should have been taken on or after 29.8.2011)
